Custom Piece Process

You tell in detail your jewelry type and idea, your budget range, and what kind of metal you want the piece in.The kind and Quality of stones, (if any), and the size of the pendant. If you want a chain, what kind and size of chain. Your phone number, home address, email, and your social media handle if possible.

You pay deposit of $150 to start design and mold process

After mold is processed and customer approves of the mold design, an official price will be given.[Metal and stone choices can be altered to fit your budget] A representative will reach out with time estimation and price, and an invoice will be sent to customer email. Customer pays the price minus the initial $150 deposit (This will be reflected in the invoice), and the production will begin.

The Custom Piece is mailed to the customer, or it can be Picked up/Delivered locally.
